 Day 6

Saturday, May 13

I think this meal was one of my top 5 meals I have made so far. It was simple but also so fun to make. For dinner I made roasted asparagus, homemade French fries, and a garlic aioli. The main dish was a beautiful wagyu steak cooked, medium rare. I make creme brûlée often so I have prefixed my recipe over the last few years. I love making creme brûlée because it is simple but also hard to get right. Most people often over cook the eggs or curdle the milk and trust me I have done it so many times. I eat very late when I am cooking with my grandmother because she likes to eat around 8 and to be fair I really like to do that too. Also, yesterday I went flowers shopping and got to pick out some beautiful flower for my grandmother garden.
